Feeling scared refers to experiencing a sense of fear, apprehension, or unease in response to perceived threats or dangers. It involves a heightened state of alertness, increased heart rate, and a desire to avoid or escape from the source of fear.

 

  • Helpless – Feeling helpless refers to experiencing a sense of powerlessness or a belief that you have little or no control over a situation or outcome. It involves a perception of being unable to make a positive change or influence the events around you.
  • Frightened – Feeling frightened refers to experiencing intense fear or terror in response to a perceived threat or danger. It involves a strong emotional and physiological response, such as an increased heart rate, rapid breathing, and a heightened sense of vulnerability.
