The hidden meaning.
We, humans, perceive the world through mythological lenses. Some things we consider good, others – bad. Some people are entirely benevolent, others – completely malevolent.
It is either black or white.
Yin or Yan.
Chaos or Order.
Neither of those extremes is all positive, nor all negative.
The problem is, that our minds work on, more or less, subconscious level.
In order not to fall prey to ideologies, advertisements, propaganda, and the manipulations of the media, one has to be prepared and to be able to understand the hidden mythological meaning of every news story, movie, book, or advert.
The thing is, every person has a good side and a bad side, but ideologues and political manipulators, are way too eager to exploit our psyche for their own goals, claiming that everyone who is not agreeing with us is stupid and evil. Which, more often, than not, is simply incorrect.
Semiology.net has one purpose, and one purpose only. To explain. Not to persuade you to change your political or religious views. Only to explain them.
