It involves a perception of falling short of expectations, whether internal or external, leading to feelings of self-doubt, incompetence, or a lack of confidence.When you feel inadequate, you may experience emotions such as frustration, self-criticism, or a sense of not measuring up. It can arise from various factors, such as comparing yourself to others, fear of failure, or unrealistic standards.
  • Inferior – Feeling inferior refers to experiencing a deep-seated belief that you are of lesser value, worth, or importance compared to others. It involves a perception of being less capable, less deserving, or less significant, leading to feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, or a lack of self-esteem.When you feel inferior, you may experience emotions such as self-consciousness, self-disparagement, or a sense of being overshadowed by others. It can arise from various factors, such as social comparisons, past experiences of rejection or criticism, or internalized negative beliefs.
