Let Down

  • Betrayed – Feeling betrayed refers to experiencing a deep sense of hurt, disappointment, and betrayal due to the violation of trust by someone you relied on or had a close relationship with. It involves a profound emotional reaction to a perceived betrayal of loyalty, honesty, or confidentiality.
    When you feel betrayed, you may experience emotions such as anger, sadness, shock, or a profound sense of loss. It often arises from situations where someone you trusted has deceived you, broken their promises, or acted against your best interests.
  • Resentful – Feeling resentful refers to experiencing a deep-seated and persistent feeling of bitterness, anger, or indignation towards someone or a situation. It involves a sense of unfairness, perceived wrongdoing, or being treated unjustly, leading to a strong desire for retribution or a desire to hold onto negative emotions.When you feel resentful, you may experience emotions such as anger, frustration, or a lingering sense of injustice. It often arises from experiences where you believe that you have been wronged, taken advantage of, or not given the recognition or treatment you deserve.
