It involves a mixture of emotions, including insecurity, inadequacy, and a fear of losing something or someone important.When you feel jealous, you may experience emotions such as envy, possessiveness, or a strong desire to compare yourself to others. It often arises from feelings of inadequacy, fear of abandonment, or a perceived threat to your self-worth or relationships.
